Protecting your privacy matters to us. The owner of this website, trading as Omilyon and identified in full in our Terms of Use, is the controller of any personal data collected through this website (the "Website"). This Policy explains what information we collect when you get in touch with us, why, and what rights you have over it. We process your data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek data protection law.
We may update this Policy from time to time; please check back occasionally for changes.
We don't use tracking or analytics on this Website, so the only personal data we collect is what you choose to give us:
Independently of the above, our web server automatically logs some basic technical data on every visit (IP address, browser type, timestamps) — this is standard practice for any website, used only to keep the site running securely, and isn't linked back to you personally.
If you mention someone else in your message — a colleague or co-organiser, for example — please make sure they're comfortable with that. And it's on you to keep the details you give us accurate; if anything changes, just let us know.
We don't ask for sensitive data such as health information, religious beliefs, or similar, and it's not something we need. If you share it with us anyway, we'll only use it with your explicit consent or where the law requires it of us.
Our services are aimed at professionals and organisations, not children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We never pass your data on for someone else's marketing or commercial use.
We don't sell personal data, full stop.
We work with a number of service providers to help us operate. Should any of them happen to be based outside the European Economic Area, we make sure your data continues to be handled with the same level of care, and in line with applicable data protection law.
This Website uses cookies. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the Website to function are used without requiring your consent; any other cookies are used only with your consent, which you're free to withdraw at any time.
You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure and protect it from unauthorised access or loss, proportionate to how little we actually hold — this is essentially a contact form, not a database. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, so we can't offer an absolute guarantee.
If an enquiry doesn't turn into a project, we keep the correspondence for about a year, then delete it. If it does turn into a project, we keep related records for as long as the relationship lasts, plus whatever period Greek tax law requires afterwards (currently up to five years). We don't hold on to anything longer than necessary.
You have the right to:
To use any of these, just email us at info@omilyon.com. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
If we make any significant changes to this Policy, we'll update the date below.
